Lonely Planet review

The dead-plain facade is deceiving: bright artworks and engravings offset the white walls and boxy sofas in this hotel's light-filled lobby and restaurant. The tiled floors and sparse furnishings look refreshing in hot weather, but might leave you longing for some color in winter – it's best for those looking for American-style amenities over Chilean charm.

Our independent authors have visited Hotel Monterilla and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Viña Del Mar.
