El Bosque
This chic bar-restaurant, smartly fashioned from local wood, has a wi-fi connection, self-proclaimed 'fusion' dishes, a small wine bar and a large curving central bar, and shows adventure sport DVDs on the wall. The higher prices make this a destination for slightly older and slightly better-off locals and travelers. With all of the thought, cash and design that went into this place it somehow ended up with only a few comfortable places to sit.

Indiana
Indiana (Jones, not the state) may be the Chilean version of a Daytona Beach nightclub. Where else can you get drunk and dance to Snoop Dogg until dawn with a gaggle of vacationing students? It's dingy and loud and guarantees to party hard. The drinks keep flowing and the DJ keeps it going late.

Krater

Mama's & Tapas
Known simply as 'Mama's', this is the most popular place to go out in Pucón. It serves oversized Heinekens and alternates between decent and embarrassingly bad music (perhaps chosen by the same person who named the place). The Mexican food is worth a try and is discounted earlier in the evening. This place also knows how to cut loose when needed.
