Lonely Planet review for Trancura

With three locations in Pucón (also at the corner of Avs O’Higgins and Palguin, and at Av O’Higgins 575) and two more in Villarrica, Trancura is a tourism machine with a rollercoaster reputation. Sheer volume allows them to undercut the prices of most other agencies, but commitment to safety here has been called into question more than once. Think twice.

    definitely NOT the best tourism company

    bleueandrea does not recommend this,

    Hey! i'm from Chile
    and this year my sister almost DIE! she went on a canopy tour and she and other 5 people (kids) bumped into the trees-twice- and there were no one making sure they get saftely to the next spot.
    And this was not the first time sth like this happened!

    so, yeah, think it twice!
