Just thinking about Ariki o Te Pana's melt-in-your-mouth, girth-expanding empanadas - especially the queso y atún (cheese and tuna) - tickles the taste buds. Despite a colorful mural, the decor is remarkably unremarkable, but that's part of the fun.
