The highlight of the Casa Del Arte is La Presencia de América Latina , a massive mural by Mexican artist Jorge González Camarena (a protégé of José Clemente Orozco). The museum also contains two rooms of landscapes and portraits.

Galería De La Historia
Vivid dioramas of local and regional history are the strengths of the fine Galería De La Historia. It takes a cursory look at pre-Columbian Mapuche existence, before concentrating heavily on the area's colonial history. The detailed models are definitely worth a visit for a sense of what it must have been like to be a conquistador, and a pioneer.
