Kite House
The newest operation on the beach offers instruction and rentals on Playa Copal. Instructors speak French and English. It also runs a bit of a flophouse (rooms from US$33) that isn't the best value but feels like a slumber party.

Bob's Cometa Copal

It’s open November to June.
