Golden Age Collectables information
If you're missing your regular dose of Emily the Strange or you just want to blow your vacation budget on a highly detailed life-sized model of Ultra Man, head straight to this Aladdin's cave of the comic-book world. There are occasional signings by artists here. This is also the best place to be in the city on the annual Free Comic Book Day (first Saturday in May), when there's a party atmosphere and gratis goodies for all – whether or not you dress as Darth Vader (don't expect to get anything if you wear your Jar Jar Binks costume).
