Dockside has been self-brewing treats such as Alder Bay Honey Lager and fruity, hibiscus-toned Jamaican Lager for more than 30 years. Take your drinks outside to the recently upgraded patio for tranquil, awe-inspiring views of False Creek’s boat traffic and the mountain-backed downtown skyline – this is what supping in Vancouver is all about. If it’s raining, stay indoors by the fireplace and sink into a leather couch. If you’re not sure which beer to have, try a six-sample tasting flight for $14.

    Excellent Value, Great Patio

    truenic recommends this,

    Dockside restaurant has just finished renovations on the entire dining room. Everything is sparkly new and has the added bonus of fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. They've also kept the large aquarium that runs the length of the kitchen. Both food and wine are reasonably priced for excellent food. Our party of 8 enjoyed every course.
    Watch the high-priced yachts go by in summer on their expansive patio with some of their microbrews.
    Great location on Granville Island means it's close to shopping and entertainment.
