If you are looking for delectable food as well as a funky atmosphere in one of Vancouver's main parts of downtown, Bin 941 is the place to go. Part of its cozy appeal is its small size and as the music is always blasting, be ready for a high level of energy inside. It is a very popular spot among Vancouver's locals, so make sure to come earlier in the night to avoid waiting for a table. The food comes in small, shareable tapas, with local ingredients used creatively as well as presented attractively. A few recommendations include a succulent  selection of a Portobello Mushroom cutlet, (with seasonal organic greens, dressed with olive oil, feta, tomato concase, artichoke hearts, grilled red onion, sweet yellow pepper, and a balsamic roast garlic reduction) as well as a baked double creme French Brie (with cassis poached pear, on burnt almond biscotti.) The dishes are interesting, tempting and above all,  delicious!
