Orpheum Theatre information
Opened in 1927, Vancouver's grandest old-school theater venue has a gorgeous and beautifully maintained baroque interior, making it the perfect place to catch a rousing show with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, who call this place home. There are frequent additional performers here throughout the year; check ahead to see what's on during your stay. The theater is also a National Historic Site.
In summer, it also runs highly recommended behind-the-scenes tours. They're free but be sure to arrive early to beat the crowds.
