Don't let the wholesome name fool you. Though Northbound does deal in standard coats and jackets, the specialty here is fetish wear and fantasy fashion for men and women. If you just can't get enough, the showroom on the 2nd floor carries home decor items such as ottomans and floor coverings.

    Cannot understand the negative feedback on this store. Our experience was fantastic. Staff were exceptional, paying close attention to our interests and what we wanted to buy, not just what they could sell. Seemed indicative of the relationship they have with most of their clients. Personalised items seem to be a specialty. MUCH better service than most stores dealing in similar. It is pricey (and they don't hold a monopoly in the village, so you do have options), but there's value to be had here.

    Absolute time waste!

    I totally agree about the shop being overpriced!! Lack of variety as well as having annoying staff members. The quality of leather isn't that great either, but the big turn off is the price!! No way in bloody hell would I pay $400 for a skirt!!!!

    Overhyped, overpriced!

    Some of their products are alright, but overall nothing exceptional!, But I'd say that they lack variety. The prices are exorbitantly high!! I'd have the same items in the UK for far less!! The owner is a bit of a hustler and their nonsensical jibberish create hype and push the prices up!

    If the prices were a tad lower, it would have been ideal! The owner is a greek man with his italian wife. A family run business for about 21 years! I think Toronto needs more shops for competition and end their monopolistic price fixing!!

    Good for: window shopping

    Not good for: purchasing at such high prices
