Lonely Planet review for Yoga Sanctuary

Yoga classes happen inside a lovely 19th-century redbrick and sandstone ballroom, used for painting by the Group of Seven (an all-male group of Canadian landscape painters that came together in the 1920s) once upon a time. Ashtanga is the focus; Hatha, pre- and post-natal exercises, and Pilates classes are also on the menu.
