Getting there & away

Regina International Airport (YQR; 306-761-7555; 5200 Regina Ave), 3km west of Wascana Centre, serves destinations throughout Canada plus a few US cities.

The bus station (306-787-3360; 2041 Hamilton St) is downtown, just south of Victoria Ave. Greyhound Canada runs eastbound to Winnipeg ($86, eight hours) and westbound to Calgary ($108, 11 hours) four times daily. STC has three daily buses heading north to Saskatoon ($40, three hours).

All the major car rental agencies have outlets at the airport and most have offices downtown.
