    Bushwakker Brewpub

In a 1913 warehouse that is as impressive as its beer, Bushwakker is reason enough to cross the tracks to the Old Warehouse District. Works by local artists are on display, there's live music many nights, and the pub menu features good sandwiches, burgers and pizza. But the real draw are the scores of house brews, including the addictive seasonal Blackberry Mead and the sensational Trephination Double IPA.

    O'Hanlon's

Sharing the same fine patio with Copper Kettle, O'Hanlon's has a grungy Irish pub vibe. There's an excellent array of Irish and British beers and local microbrews on tap. On weekends there's live music which you'll love if you like offshoots of Modest Mouse. Serves food late.
