Lonely Planet review for Discovery Centre du Vieux-Port de Québec

This sparkling new exhibition hall was unveiled in 2008 for use during the city’s 400th birthday celebrations. In 2010, the center, now under the auspice of Parks Canada, will open a permanent exhibit on immigration along the St Lawrence River. Displays will touch on Champlain’s early explorations as well as the First Nations people who preceded him.
