The Dominion is yet another outstanding luxury option with great service in the Lower Town. Rooms are tastefully designed with high-end fittings (sumptuous mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, good lighting, big windows) and a few quirks –bathroom sinks that glow in the dark, eclectic continental breakfasts – complement the otherwise understated feel to the place. Located near the Old Port area, rooms here are quiet and cozy, and guests (understandably) are quite loyal.
