Auberge de la Paix
Lonely Planet review
On a quiet street, this funky hostel has relaxed, welcoming staff and 60 brightly colored rooms with comfortable wooden furniture. With the cheerfully painted halls and guests lounging in the garden, it feels less institutional than the official HI hostel nearby. There are also two highly coveted private rooms ($25 per person) that must be booked well in advance. A continental breakfast is served each morning and bedding is provided for $4 per stay.
Our independent authors have visited Auberge de la Paix and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Québec City.
