Accommodations in Collingwood and Blue Mountain are rather pricey because the area is a year-long tourist hub. Blue Mountain has several choices, all running in the mid to upper price range. Collingwood has several B&Bs, or you can take your pick from the run-of-the-mill motels along Hwy 26. A stroll around the synthetically charming Blue Mountain village will reveal numerous family-friendly dining options. While they're all safe bets for a satisfying meal, none are particularly spectacular. Hurontario St in Collingwood has a selection of restaurants as well.
