Lonely Planet review
Originally the home of a swashbuckling privateer, this 200-year-old inn now looks more 1980s than anything else, but it's a clean and pleasant place to stay. It's the center of action in summer, with live music on weekends and special events like wine tastings. There's also a dining room that serves the best food in town.
Our independent authors have visited Lane's Privateer Inn and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Liverpool.
