Lonely Planet review
Gower House is more like a boarding house than frilly B&B. Rooms are small, but with restful bedding, a flatscreen TV and amenity-laden en suite bathroom. A university student lives on-site and manages operations (he also cooks the egg-filled breakfast). Gower has the same owner as Abba Inn, but with an even better location.
Our independent authors have visited Gower House and selected this as one of our recommended guesthouses in St John's.
