Canada Branch FAQ

This thread is intended to contain information useful to people travelling to Canada - please feel free to add anything relevant to it! Before we start though, here's some advice from the TT team:

Hiking, off season

Hi

This is way early, I know. But I like to plan my vacation well in advance.

But is there somewhere anyone can recommend for hiking for 6-8 days in Canada? I have been canoeing a few times in Canada, and I just love the quietness. And then a few days in a…

1000 Islands from Toronto.

Yes there's an option of taking trains to Kingston and back, with a 6 hours stop there about lunch time and finding a island cruise place.
But does anyone know of any operators running a coach-an-Islands trip from Toronto itself, to make things simpler?
I can't…
