Elements Urban Tapas Lounge

Having eaten at this tapas lounge last year for a great evening, I didn't realize it was a breakfast destination as well. After reading the Lonely Planet online this morning, we walked over to try the crab benedict as suggested. It was delicious, as was the complimentary kiwi -mini-smoothie. My husband initially groaned at dining in a non-traditional breakfast diner, but was impressed w/ his meal of bacon/eggs/ toast/ and potatos as well. I think I prefer dinner at this place better, but it was a great breakfast spot as well. 

I had breakfast at Elements in Whistler recently and had the worst service I've come across. Over 30 minutes for eggs benedict (the restaurant was not busy) and when I complained the server snapped that it had only been 25 minutes and that this is standard wait for a breakfast.
