A leading contender for Whistler's best splurge restaurant, Araxi combines a sophisticated menu with courteous service that immediately puts you at your ease. The main dishes are all about superb, mostly local West Coast ingredients, which can range from Queen Charlotte Islands cod to Cowichan Valley chicken. Save room for dessert: the cheese menu is small but perfectly formed and the Okanagan apple cheesecake will have you licking the pattern off your plate.
