This centrally-located chain hotel doesn't feel like a chain at all. Its cheery, apartment-style rooms (some with two bedrooms) all have kitchen facilities and jetted soaker tubs, and it's handily surrounded by restaurants and bars a few meters from the hotel entrance.
It's hard to beat the location of this cut-above-the-average chain hotel: you're right in the heart of the restaurant and bar action and just a 10min, slightly uphill walk from the Village Gondola. The rooms here are generally larger and have a comfy, if not very exciting apartment-style feel. Small kitchenettes are common here but some larger rooms - ie the ones that have one or two bedrooms - include full kitchens (there's a supermarket in the nearby Village Sq) and laundry facilities. The jetted soaker tubs - think poor man's jacuzzi - are a bit worn in some rooms, but the corner fireplaces are a nice touch if you need to warm up in the evening. There's also a small fitness center - complete with hot tub, of course. This is a family-friendly joint.
