Behind the unassuming, almost shabby exterior of this downtown Chinese restaurant is an extensive, all-vegan menu of delights created using Buddhist principles. Even meat eaters have been known to swoon here, as they tuck into surprisingly tasty spring rolls, dim sum and pot stickers. Combo meals are the best option, as they offer an array of different flavors.

    bring your tastebuds, baby!

    forget the lack of ambiance and the the less than adoring wait staff. the food is reasonably priced and very tasty.
    you must order the oyster mushrooms, although they're not always in season. they'll make the dish out of whatever mushrooms they have.
    the salad wraps are to die for!
    beware of the liquor license... oh yeah, they don't have one.

    A Self serve buffet is offered in the day, as well as their full menu. The buffet offers what appears to be the average in causal Chinese fare, but after biting into their sweet and sour 'chicken' balls, you will be pleasantly surprised. Mock chicken never tasted so good! Meat, onions or garlic aren’t used, but you won’t be wanting for anything. The food is flavorful and thought full. The staff is kind and very attentive. For dinner service the mushroom delight is exactly as it sounds. Special tip: the buffet is half price after 2:30 but arrive at 2:20 as there is almost always a line. Avoid on Monday as it is closed.
