This huge brick-lined warehouse is surprisingly intimate, though on sunny days you'll want to sit on the patio. Canoe's own-brewed beers - that's the stuff in the giant copper tanks - include the popular Beaver Brown Ale, but adventurous quaffers should sample the maltier Red Canoe Lager or the Siren's Song Pale Ale, a great summer beer.
