Deli restaurants in British Columbia

  1. L&D Meats & Deli

Arrays of smoked meats and other deli items; good choice of deliciously good sandwiches.

  2. A

    Sam’s Deli

Opposite the info centre, Sam’s is the perfect spot for a coffee or bottle of beer and a sandwich big enough to feed two.

  3. B

    Grateful Fed Psyche Deli

Only someone thicker than one of this deli's sandwiches wouldn't guess that this place has a rock and roll theme. There's full bar service and sidewalk tables.

  4. C

    Redfish Grill

Redfish serves excellent cuisine throughout the day. The around C$5 breakfast special groans with eggs, bacon and more. By lunchtime things are more stylish, with a mix of sandwiches and salads. At night there's tapas-style small plates and a range of global cuisine made with local produce. And there are sidewalk tables.

A classic deli with good sandwiches, internet access and a few tables outside.

  6. E

    Kootenay Co-op

Part community centre, part market, the Kootenay Co-op has local produce and foodstuffs and good prepared foods in its bakery.

  7. F

    Il Vecchio Deli

The smell that greets you as you enter confirms your choice. The best lunch sandwiches in town can be consumed at a couple of tables in this atmospheric deli but will taste better on a picnic. Choices are amazing; we like the garlic salami with marinated eggplant sandwich.
