   There's mum in the kitchen, the eldest son behind the bar, the chatty daughter waiting tables, and dad out back updating the books. Taste of Ukraine is a true family affair and a friendly one at that. The real test, of course, is the food but you don't need to be a Tolstoy-reading Cossack to realize that the cabbage rolls, sauerkraut, buckwheat, fresh bread and vodka shots are spot on.
