Lonely Planet review
Ever eaten in a water tower – or an ex-water tower to be more precise? Well, here is your chance. Ric's sits 40m high above the prairie in the old Lethbridge water tower (decommissioned in 1999). Turned into a restaurant in 2004, the curved interior affords great views of the city. There is a lounge on one level and a classy dining room upstairs. The steaks are thick and the wine list long; best to reserve a good spot as it's deservedly popular.
