You can try to take contact per email to embassy in Berlin, they give you sure advice or send a form which you send then back together…

I got my Cameroon visa same day in Libreville last week. Drop off at 9AM-1PM and pick up at 3PM. Fee was 51000 CFA + 1 photo.
