Eclectic and fun, the Flying Elephant is what a restaurant might look like if a bunch of uni students turned their living room into a diner. The lounges are comfortable, the staff are energetic and free beer comes with every delicious pizza or burger ordered.

    Great food, great location, not much atmosphere!

    We ate here several times whilst staying in the lakeside area of Phnom Penh, each time we ate the food was excellent and was quickly served, the pricing is excellent (especially the free beer). Unfortunately each time we visited the atmosphere seemed lacking, and as soon as we finished eating we left to find somewhere with more people and a better atmosphere. The lack of atmosphere may well just have been due to the lack of people around lakeside at the time (quite a few places seemed empty), I would have absolutely no hesitation in eating there again next time i'm in Phnom Penh.
