OK, so it is also a sophisticated wine bar and happens to be in the middle of a 'lively' bar strip, but do not be deceived - this is home to some of the best Pakistani curries this side of Lahore.

    Sophistication on 104 St?

    In a street of sleazy girlie bars, this wine lounge is a little gem that should be much more popular than it is. Monsoon is the perfect spot for comfy candlelight dining. The menu is very small, but their Pakistani curries (5$ incl. naan) are indeed delicious and surprisingly authentic. Moderate prices for such a classy place. Thumbs up!
