Lonely Planet review for Frizz Restaurant
True, the name doesn’t sound that Khmer, but the aromatic Cambodian cuisine here is some of the most delicious in town, plus there are international offerings like steak and Guinness pie. The restaurant also operates cooking classes.

Different location
andrestgt recommends this,
Frizz has changed its location and can now be found in 240St. However, it's still one of the best places in Phnom Penh for Cambodia's national dish, Fish Amok (4,75$). There are countless ways to prepare this dish, but the one at Frizz is just about perfect : creamy coconut, lemongrass and a fish fillet that melts in your mouth. Thumbs up!
