Lonely Planet review for DeRoyalle Café
Like it's direct neighbour, the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, this cosy little coffee-shop is a good place to kick back and relax with a magazine. If you're in a hurry, however, we suggest their more famous next-door neighbour, as the staff here is well meaning but slow. There's also wi-fi.

Dirty menus, unfriendly staff, expensive, horrible toilets!
yonasstockholm does not recommend this,
Went there for breakfast, sat down, waitress hanging over or standing behind my back most of the time, felt that I couldnt speak freely. DIrty menus, possible to order not from the menu, but get some simpler food. Expensive, absolutely not happy looking waitress when we left (she did not get extra tips considering the outrageous prices), and the toilets next to the cafe that she showed us were dirty and terrebly smelly.

Beware
expatguy does not recommend this,
Waitresses outside trying to talk customers into coming into this place...
Went one time and one male staff farted in the back and just laughed with another staff. Not a strong advertisement for your place...
Another time went for snack. Ordered iced tea, toast with butter/jam. No jam available that day.
BAM! Billed B$10 ~ US $7.20! Ridiculous. Owner obviously not there or he would've gotten an earful. Staff should've known better...
Never going back to this place.
Beware. Somewhat cramped. And, wow--just wow! US $7.20 for toast, butter and iced tea??!!?? You ain't Chicago, LA, NYC or Singapore...
