There are two ports of entry for ferries: the main terminal is in Road Town, the other terminal is at West End on the island’s, yes, western end. Ferries travel to St John (USVIs) and Jost Van Dyke from West End only. Ferries travel to Virgin Gorda and Anegada from Road Town only. Ferries travel to Charlotte Amalie on St Thomas (USVIs) from both Road Town and West End.

Terrence B Lettsome Airport (EIS; 494-3701) is on Beef Island, connected to Tortola by a bridge on the island’s east end. Most international flights from North America and Europe connect through a hub.
