The Train Station Inn has the charm of a beautiful eclectic mansion, which prevailed among the last decades of the nineteenth and early twentieth century, becoming respected as a unique monument of architectural history in Brazil.
Are characteristic of this period the high basement, which represents the transition between the old mansions and ranch houses, use of parapets, as well as aesthetic element that served to collect the rainwater through gutters built, the use of border gardens and balconies side; windows whose openings have higher refinements of preparation in ogival shape, use of ornaments in masonry, with classical elements.
