Getting there & around

A direct bus leaves Cananéia for São Paulo twice daily (R$42, five hours). There are also two daily buses to Iguape (R$18, two hours).

The ferry terminal to Ilha Comprida is down from the main plaza. The 10-minute ride ferry is free for foot passengers (vehicles cost R$7), with boats leaving every half hour from 6am to midnight.
