Campos Do Jordão Sights

  1. Electric Train Ride

    The 19km Electric Train Ride from Campos do Jordão to Santo Antônio do Pinhal is one of the country's best. There are five trains daily on weekends, but only two trains daily on weekdays. The train leaves from Campos (from the Capivari terminal at the end of Av Emílio Ribas). For the best views, sit on the right-hand side when leaving Campos.

  2. Horto Florestal State Park

    The Horto Florestal State Park, 14km east from Capivari, is home to the largest araucária reserve in the state and offers fine walks of varying levels of difficulty. The reception desk, near the trout farm, can supply you with maps.

    Close to Capivari is a teleférico (chairlift) that takes you to the top of the Morro do Elefante, which has a good view of the town.
