Many pousadas and restaurants will accept Visa or MasterCard.

Banco do Brasil (Jijoca; ATM 6am-5pm) This is the nearest ATM and is 23km away in Jijoca. It accepts international cards. A buggy there and back should cost R$50 to R$60.

Sabor da Terra (Rua do Forró) This restaurant usually changes dollars or euros for reais, at poor rates. Knock if it isn’t open.
