This mellow new waterfront bar wears many hats: there’s a brief and budget-friendly menu offering fresh shrimp, pastas and chocolate cake, there’s a lively bar with a caipirinha happy hour (8pm to 10pm Tuesday to Friday), and there are free film screenings every Monday and Wednesday at 8pm.
