The local bus terminal (terminal urbano) is on the edge of the center in a super-sinister area of abandoned-looking warehouses – not where you want to be at night or with your bags.

From the center, Teotónio Vilela, Circular and Santo Brinto buses pass the bus station. Taxis cost R$18.
