One wing of the Estação Júlio Prestes houses the Estação Pinacoteca, an annex of the Pinacoteca do Estado, which hosts two floors of large and often very good temporary exhibitions, mostly of Brazilian art. The permanent collection of modernist Brazilian art is also excellent.
