White plastic chairs and tables covered by white tablecloths might make you feel like you stumbled into someone's wedding reception at this dining spot in the heart of Saara. But in fact, the white decorating in this 70-year-old Lebanese institution has more to do with the purity of the Lebanese cooking: kibbe, kaftas, lamb - tender portions of perfection.
