    Lonely Planet review

Near the Ipanema end of Copacabana, this is an all-glass high-rise with clean, but dated-looking rooms and a rooftop pool. It's just 30m to the beach, and the hotel spreads a fine breakfast buffet.

Our independent authors have visited Windsor Martinique and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Copacabana & Leme.

    Description provided by property

Located half a block from the Copacabana Beach, the Windsor Martinique Hotel invites you to experience Rio de Janeiro in a pleasant area, within walking distance of several popular attractions.

You can walk to the Copacabana Fort and the Ipanema Beach or take a cab or the bus in front of the hotel to go to other areas of the city during day and night.

In addition, grocery stores, banks and a wide range of restaurants and bars surround this 3-star hotel.

Every morning, the Windsor Martinique offers a sumptuous breakfast buffet. During lunch and dinner, the hotel provides a menu with Brazilian and international specialties.

In between sightseeing trips, unwind in the small pool situated on the rooftop while savoring a cold caipirinha served at the poolside American bar.
