Lonely Planet review for To Be or Not to Be

Somewhat similar in style to the Dveri, To Be or Not to Be offers grills, generous salads and tangy seafood dishes in its cosy dining room. We ended up with a whale of a fish and more veggies on one plate than we've ever seen in a Balkan restaurant. If you look at the signboard outside you'll notice that the words 'or not' have been crossed out; this alteration was made during the siege when the owners wanted to present a far more positive message.

    Great little cosy restaurant.

    Sit downstairs and watch the chef prepare your meal. Unpretentious and atmospheric (downstairs) serving very decent food. Great staff (in 2007) who even cut me a disc of the lovely music which was playing at the time. Great for one of those semi-boozy Saturday afternoons that set the foundations for a great night out. I especially enjoyed the risotto. Turn right as you leave and there is a good leather shop at the bottom of the street where you can buy handmade belts.
