One of the pillars of the Vicenza Collection of Italian made boots, the Zamberlan 631 Civetta GT RR Hiking Boot men is designed for hiking, backpacking with moderate loads or as a field boot. The one-piece leather upper with detailed molding technique hugs the entire foot and ankle area to provide superior support and stability The rubber toe rand protects your toes against sharp rocks and branches as well prevents the leather from deterioration due to cracking, cuts and scratches. A GORE-TEX liner provides premium water repellency, breathability, and protection, while a VIBRAM Bifida sole gives exceptional stability and traction when traversing uneven terrain. This boot provides the level of comfort and support you've come to expect from Zamberlan.

Zamberlan 631 Civetta
These seem to be great boots. I say seem because I haven't had a chance to hike in them yet. But, the support feels great, they are not too heavy and the quality is very good. The only think that I think might take some time to break-in is the thicker, folded leather on the top of the foot (either side of the tongue). The folds are very thick but I'm sure they will compress down well with a little hiking. Am anxious to give them a try.
On par with the best boots made
have had these boots for 2 months and about 100 miles of rough off-trail miles. Immediately replaced insole with gray "sole" insole and have had an exceptional foot experience. Foot/feet feel indestructible on hike trips. No blisters, out of box, nor fit issues {I wear 11.5}. My other boots are scarpa SLM3 and limmer light-weights. Zamberlan civetta beats the scarpa hands downand is good as the limmer.
Great Boot! So Far So Good.
I've had these boots for a few weeks now and so far, I've really enjoyed them. They are a bit on the heady side but that is to be expected from a heavy-duty boot. Very versatile, great construction.
