great running and hiking shoe
I bought these for my husband as I have the women's version and love them. He didn't have time to break them in and had no troubles out of them. He also likes the rubber tips and tough sides which help keep his feet dry and the shoes from getting torn on rough terrain. The shoe breathes well which is a major factor for him.

Excellent Trail Runner
I have owned 6 pairs of these shoes. They are perfect for unstable, rocky, rooty or wet trails. The traction and forefoot protection plate work great. Not really suitable for pavement or groomed fire roads but great on any unimproved dirt roads.

great trail runners
These shoes are comfortable and need no breaking in. They run true to size. I like them so much I wear them as my every day shoes around campus. They look cool too.

I've never had a better off road runner
Running trails, paths and hills are a pleaseure when wearing these extremely comfortable shoes - also very stable. I've owned and experiemnted with over a half-dozen different trail shoes over the past 5 years; these are the best by far. I've had my one pair for almost 3-years and look forward to purchasing another sometime soon. I picked up my first pair on closeout by accident. I suspect you can get them for around $50 (+/- $10) if you're patient and search regularly.

more than a trail runner
I originally got this shoe as a trail running shoe but there so comfortable that I wear them all of the time. My feet are kinda flat and I like a shoe that is snug across the foot with just a little room in the toe box. These shoes work great. I'm now on my second pair.
