Best value for the money
I bought this for my son. He liked the way the back packs looked online. It hold his boots(he has the Full tilt boot), helmet, gloves and still have room for more stuff. I liked the separate compartment for boots and other gears. I know he won't lose his gears anymore. The trapezoid shape has smaller than expected footprint so I think they can carry it on the plane. The material looked durable and well constructed. I gave it an excellent on durability based on the construction and workmanship. The price was reasonable. I liked it so much, I bought another one for my husband.
love my backpack
Just recd. my xt1 transpack. Plenty of room. Make like iron. No more back pain carrying my bag. My son bought the ssme bag after he tried mine. We belong to a ski club in the catskilll mountains. It won't take long for this to spread.
Great purchase!
I've only used my boot bag 3 or 4 times but I love it! I'm only 5' 2" tall so thought it might be a bit bulky and uncomfotable. I was pleasantly surprised. I can fit my boots, helmet, goggle, ski mittens, extra clothes, lunch and still have room for more. It's very comfortable and makes walking from the parking lot to the lodge so much easier!
Roomy Ski Bag
I purchased the XT1 Boot Bag Backpack for my nine-year-old son. As he wears a size 7 men's shoe, we needed to purchase the adult size which is a bit large for him, but he manages. Using the backpack he is now independently traveling from the car to lodge - for the first time. My older sons had never requested a boot backpack before seeing his, and now both are asking for one. My fifteen-year-old wears a men's size 13 shoe, and his ski boots fit comfortably in the side boot pockets. The inner pocket held my son's helmet, snow boots, lunch, hat and gloves. My one disappointment is the lack of dedicated space for personal identification. This pack seems to be the pack of choice at the mountain we frequent the most, and families have taken to using a thick marker on the front of packs listing family name and phone number.
Lots of room in here
I bought this for my husband, and he loves it. There's plenty of room for extras in the center compartment, and the exterior mesh pockets are great for quick access to smaller items. Overall the pack is very sturdy and the color (brown) is nice. He loves that the bottom of the pack is waterproof with drain/aeration holes in the boot compartments. Smart pack!
