excellent bag! note the color difference though . . .
just got this bag - it is fabulous - really well-made with nifty features the only thing is . . . i ordered the bag in hunter - the picture looks like the bag is black with hunter accents in the pocket gussets - it is actually solid hunter with black accents on the front and side pockets and thye back pocket -

I could not be happier!!
Over 5 years of use, and this bag is still as great as the day I bought it. Use it for a daily commute, but it is also really great when traveling. Great laptop protection while maintaining lots of space for accessories, papers, etc., and the hip straps take weight off of shoulders for longer treks. Several friends have liked mine so much that they bought their own.

Has done everything it said and some!!!
I am a student and I was looking for something that would carry all my books and laptop. I chose the Trager Courier Laptop and it has done nothing to make me regret it. It is truly a great bag that carries everything I need in a way that is both organized and in a comfortable manner. The protection for my laptop is two-fold; the bag itself (which does plenty) and then the included laptop carrier. A great bag for someone on the go who needs to carry a lot with them.

fantastic!
i've never written a review on anything before but was compelled to do so today. after using my bag for over a year every single day in new york city and abroad, the plastic clips that secure the flap broke. this only happened from being exposed to -24 degree fahrenheit weather. when i contacted the company with this dilemma, the new clips arrives (free of charge) in about 3 days (seatle to nyc). i love being able to carry a laptop around the subways and nobody would know it's inside. on that note: as a photographer i often empty out the inside and put a camera body and a few lenses inside when shooting in the streets. it's able to take the excess weight while being a camouflaged camera bag. besides the excellent service provided, i love the shoulder padding, the cell phone pocket on the exterior, all the pockets and partitions on the interior as well as the overall design and quality of this product. i'm psyched to have it back up and running again. thanks trager
