Great Boots!
Im a machinist so im on my feet all night. these boots are very comfortable even after 10 or 12 hours. Almost no break in(one or two days at most) and by far altrec had the best prices. They have a customer for life.

Well worth the invesment.
I'm not a small guy, 260lbs, so being on my feet all day in a shop environment, and school all night, I was in need of some major support and comfort. Finally found what I was looking for, comfort, support, stability and protection all in one boot!!

After reading through other reviews I expected these boots to be a little on the heavy side. They definitely are. They are not "too heavy" but you will certainly know you are wearing them. I am 6'4" 235lbs and I find these boots to be both comfortable and durable for a big guy like me. I've worn these both inside and outside and my feet have maintained a comfortable temperature in both room temperature and freezing temperatures. Had the weight not been as noticeable these boots would earn a full 5 stars in my opinion. As for the price, altrec blew everyone else out of the water. I will definitely shop here again.
